the talented artist Michele Oka Doner who lives in a beautiful loft in New York City and also loves flamingos. –> Flamingos can be utterly inspiring when furnishing an interior if we think about their unique colours (varying from almost bright red to pale blush). –> Blush and copper is a posh color combination in interior design nowadays. –> However, high-end copper products are not affordable for everyone, so it’s good to know there are super cheap DIY copper projects as well. –> One lucky danish designer though has had a Tom Dixon Copper Shade in her previous home, but she didn’t bring it to her new villa when moving, contrary to her favorite armchair that she reupholstered. –> Reupholstering is a heartwarming work that can give a second chance to every old furniture, like chairs from the 50’s, 60’s designed by Eero Saarinen. –> Eero Saarinen is one of the biggest names in design, who’s iconic pieces can be beautiful elements of every contemporary interiors, for example stunning homes in California. –> California dweller couple lives in an exquisite house of eight bedrooms with a captivating intimate terrace. –> Intimate terraces from all over the world are the subject of my current daydreams, helping me to survive these dog days. –> One of these terraces in fact belong to a supercool rough-lux style Converted Factory in Amsterdam Jordaan District –> which happens to be just a few steps from one of my favorite Hotspots: SLA, designed by the interior designer team Nicemakers. –> They are also the talented team behind the design of The Latest Hoxton Hotel in Amsterdam –> where there is a kitchen with a charming SMEG Fridge, my newest crush. –> By the way, not only my crush, but also a Finnish housewife’s, who chose the same fridge into the kitchen of their Lovely White Home. –> The color of their bedroom wall inspired me to write a post about ….
